Driving In Rain
> Rain and wet roads can make driving dangerous. Here are a few things to consider when driving in the rain : Slow down and ensure more distance between you and other vehicles.
> Stay toward the middle lanes as water tends to pool in the outside lanes.
> Keep your windshield wiping equipment in good condition. Replace your windshield wiper blades if necesary.
> Be sure your tires are in good condition to avoid any skidding during quick stop on wet pavement. Turn on your headlights to make it easier for others to see you.
> If you must go through puddles, try to drive through them slowly.
> If brakes are wet, apply them lightly while driving until normal braking operation returns.

Driving At Night
> Night driving presents more hazards than driving in the daylight. For safe driving, here are some important tips to remember : Slow down and keep more distance between you and other vehicles.
> Switch your rear view mirrors to night mode to reduce the glare from other driver's headlights.
> Keep your headlights clean and properly aimed on the oncoming vehicles.
> Avoid staring directly at the headlights of oncoming vehicles to prevent temporary blindness.
> Avoid using high beam in city driving however its advisable to use them during highway driving.

Driving In Winter
> Severe weather conditions of winter result in greater wear and other problems. To minimise them, here are a few suggestions : Use recommended high quality ethylene glycol coolant because it prevents corrosion in the cooling system, lubricates the water pump and prevents freezing.
> Visually inspect the battery and cables. Contact our authorized dealer or a service station for the inspection of the battery charge level.
> Check your spark plugs and ignition wiring and components to be sure they are not cracked, worn or damaged in any way.
> Use approved window washer anti-freeze solution in the system to prevent the water from freezing.
> Don't let your parking brake freeze.
> Periodically check underneath the vehicle and don't let ice and snow accumulate there.
> Check tyre pressure: A chilly morning is probably a good time to check tyre inflation pressures.
> Turn on the defroster and blower to eliminate fogging inside the car.
> Use low-beam lights during fog.
